Marta completed her degree in Environmental Sciences at the University of Barcelona (UB) and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Terrestrial Ecology and Biodiversity Management at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). Her interests lie in wildlife ecology and conservation, with a particular focus on understanding species interactions. For her master’s thesis, Marta is investigating how red deer influence small mammal communities, a work that will help shed light on the cascading effects of large herbivores on ecosystem dynamics.
We’re excited to have Marta as part of the team and look forward to seeing the results of her research!
