Maggie is pursuing a masters in Conservation Biology with Lund University. Her academic interests include conservation biology and animal ecology, with a specific interest in exploring the role diseases have in wildlife populations dynamics. She has  joined the WE&H group at UAB for the 2025-2026 academic year, to complete research for my masters thesis, which will explore the global change and the ecological factors influencing parasitic infections in the Southern Chamois (Rupicapra pyrenaica).
