Pratik Kiju, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Nepal, is an Erasmus Scholar conducting his Erasmus Scholar in the Science of Infectious Diseases and One Health (IDOH) Master at the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. He is particularly drawn to the research and work related to the diseases that spill over from animals to humans and vice versa. His general fields of interest are parasitology, epidemiology, conservation, and ecology. Furthermore, he also enjoys studying the complex relationship between wildlife, humans, and the environment.
