Sílvia has a degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and she is currently studying an MSc in Terrestrial Ecology and Biodiversity Management at the same university. Her interests range from wildlife diseases and endangered biodiversity to behavioural neuroscience and cognitive processes of nonhuman animal minds. His MSc thesis will be focused on the influence of environmental and biological factors in gastrointestinal parasite load in red deer.
